Cape Town’s swimming facilities consist of Olympic-sized pools, springboard diving pools and splash pools for children. An indoor pool, kiddies’ pool and an eating area make Strand Indoor Swimming Pool a popular destination for families all year round.

The pool is open exclusively for pensioners from 08:00 - 10:00 on weekdays and 08:00 - 09:00 on weekends.
